Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections on aircraft in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to airworthiness directives and manufacturer guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues on aircraft systems and components.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and airworthiness authorities to ensure compliance.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license from CAAS, CAAP, CAAM, CAAC, EASA, or FAA (A&P).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance engineering.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field preferred.
