Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural design projects from conceptualization to completion
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients during project execution
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress
- Develop cost-effective design solutions within project constraints
- Stay updated on emerging architectural trends and sustainable practices
- Mentor junior architects and design team members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Valid Philippine Architect License (PRC Board Passer)
- Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Strong understanding of structural systems and materials
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating design versatility and technical competence
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
