Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment, including HPLC, GC, and spectrophotometers.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and laboratory safety protocols at all times.
- Prepare accurate and detailed test reports, charts, and data logs for internal review and regulatory submission.
- Perform routine calibration and validation of laboratory instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Investigate and troubleshoot material deviations or product defects to support root cause analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance departments, to resolve technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Licensure Required: Must be a Licensed Chemical Engineer or Chemist (Chemist License issued by the Professional Regulation Commission).
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial laboratory setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques and laboratory instrumentation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to work well under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision and accuracy in data recording and testing procedures.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
