Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring strict compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and surveys to assess project progress, identify potential risks, and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and structural calculations using industry-standard engineering software.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Manage project budgets by estimating material costs and monitoring expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to quality control standards and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to engineering teams and junior staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Hold a valid Professional Civil Engineer (RCEE) license in the Philippines.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure development, or industrial plant engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering design software.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, structural analysis, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
