Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and engineering standards.
- Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and structural plans using industry-standard CAD software.
- Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and budget expenditures to ensure projects remain on track and cost-effective.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to maintain strict compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and streamline project bottlenecks.
- Ensure all site operations strictly follow Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and company environmental policies.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and detailed cost estimates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Must be a Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Licensed Civil Engineer.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in construction site management, structural design, or project engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and basic structural analysis software is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail in technical documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination and client reporting.
- Amenable to working on-site in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, and surrounding project locations.
