Workswell Enterprises is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. We are committed to delivering high-quality construction projects, and we need a dedicated professional to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical oversight of our projects. Your primary role will involve supervising and monitoring daily site activities, ensuring that all construction tasks are completed according to specifications. You will also assist workers with technical guidance, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed. We value clear communication, so providing daily updates to management is a key requirement of this role.
We are offering a competitive salary range of ₱20,000 – ₱22,000 per month for this full-time position. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
- Supervise and monitor the work of construction crews and laborers to ensure quality standards.

- Collaborate with project managers and architects to address technical issues.
- Manage and oversee the proper usage of construction materials.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a valid Professional License as a Civil Engineer.
- Proven experience in civil engineering or construction supervision.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively direct site teams.
- Ability to work full-time and provide daily updates as required.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
