Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage onsite construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering plans and specifications.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and workplace safety compliance.
- Prepare, review, and approve structural designs, technical reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges during construction.
- Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Perform structural analysis and material estimation to optimize project costs and timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff to ensure team cohesion and technical proficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC License holder).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or structural engineering.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, or other relevant engineering software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project phases while maintaining strict timelines.
