You will be the technical expert ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of the building's structural integrity, electrical distribution, industrial machinery, and mechanical systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day facility operations of the corporate building, including structural, electrical, industrial, and mechanical systems.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifecycle of building assets.
- Ensure strict compliance with the National Building Code (PD 1096), fire safety codes, and other relevant government regulations (e.g., DOLE, DENR).
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and external contractors on various repair and improvement projects.
- Conduct regular structural inspections and risk assessments, recommending and executing necessary corrective actions.
- Manage the CAPEX and OPEX budgets for facility maintenance and engineering projects, focusing on cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with utility providers and local government units on permits, inspections, and infrastructure concerns.
- Spearhead sustainability initiatives, including energy conservation, water management, and waste reduction programs within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Must be a PRC Licensed Civil Engineer (Active license required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in facility management, building maintenance, or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) systems is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and building management software (BMS).
- Proven experience in contractor management, bidding, procurement, and vendor negotiation.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work full-time, on-site in Makati City, and available for urgent facility concerns.
