Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts for construction projects
- Conduct quantity surveys and prepare bills of quantities for tender documentation
- Monitor project expenses and ensure compliance with allocated budgets
- Review and analyze contractor invoices and payment applications
- Advise on procurement strategies and contractual risk management
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Coordinate with site engineers to resolve technical and cost-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Valid PRC license as a Civil Engineer
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management
- Proficiency in construction estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Philippine construction standards
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and construction project management tools
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) or equivalent certification preferred
