Tanggung Jawab
- Classify imported/exported goods using Harmonized System (HS) codes with precision
- Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations and supporting documentation
- Calculate duties, taxes, and fees based on classification and trade agreements
- Liaise with customs authorities to resolve clearance issues and inquiries
- Maintain compliance with Philippine customs regulations and trade policies
- Advise clients on customs procedures, documentation requirements, and regulatory changes
- Conduct internal audits of customs transactions to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize shipment clearance timelines
Kualifikasi
- Valid Philippine Customs Broker license (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customs brokerage and classification
- Proficiency in HS code classification systems and customs documentation
- Strong knowledge of Philippine customs regulations (CA) and trade policies
- Excellent analytical skills for complex tariff classification
- Ability to interpret trade agreements and preferential duty schemes
- Experience with customs declaration software and ERP systems
