Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process customs documentation for import/export shipments
- Verify and classify tariff codes to ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Calculate duties, taxes, and fees for accurate customs clearance
- Coordinate with government agencies, freight forwarders, and clients
- Resolve customs inquiries and audit-related issues
- Maintain detailed records of customs transactions and compliance documents
- Optimize customs processes to reduce clearance time and costs
Kualifikasi
- Valid Philippine Customs Broker license (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of customs brokerage experience
- Proficiency in customs documentation systems and trade compliance software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Knowledge of ASEAN trade agreements and international shipping regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
