Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately compile and enter import and export shipment data into the company's database systems.
- Verify and prepare all necessary customs documents, including entry forms and commercial invoices.
- Ensure strict compliance with local customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Communicate effectively with clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers regarding shipment statuses.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all processed transactions and documentation.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in shipping data to prevent delays.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in import/export data entry or a related logistics role.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Familiarity with HS codes, Incoterms, and general customs terminology.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and data processing software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot errors in complex data sets.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
