Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and interior layouts for diverse residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare accurate technical drawings, construction details, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout project phases.
- Perform precise quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates to support project budgeting.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all designs comply with building codes and local regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality control.
- Solve complex design and structural challenges during the construction process.
- Lead project coordination meetings to ensure timelines and milestones are met effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered and Licensed Architect (RLA) in the Philippines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven professional experience in architectural design, interiors, and construction detailing.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related BIM software).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine building codes, zoning ordinances, and construction standards.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to handle cost estimates and documentation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and a creative approach to architectural problem-solving.
