Sungrow Power, a global leader in PV inverter and energy storage solutions, is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Operations Engineer to join our team at our Photovoltaic Power Plant in San Manuel, Pangasinan.

You will work closely with our technical operations team to monitor system output, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot complex electrical issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze the performance of PV plant equipment, including inverters, transformers, and substation components.
- Execute daily operations and maintenance (O&M) activities to ensure maximum uptime and power generation efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and instrumentation.
- Coordinate with local utility providers and site contractors to resolve grid-side or site-specific issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, electrical standards, and site-specific environmental regulations.
- Support the implementation of corrective maintenance actions to minimize system downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in solar PV power plant operations, substation maintenance, or high-voltage systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, power electronics, and SCADA systems.
- Proficiency in computer applications and reporting tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a field environment.
- Ability to work on a rotational or shifting schedule as required for plant operations.
- Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
