Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and optimize flight plans considering aircraft performance, weather conditions, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor flight progress in real-time, making strategic decisions to ensure safety and efficiency
- Coordinate with pilots, air traffic control, and ground operations for seamless flight execution
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, company policies, and safety management systems
- Manage irregular operations and emergency situations with calm, decisive action
- Maintain accurate flight documentation and operational records
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for aircraft readiness and operational continuity
Kualifikasi
- Valid and current Flight Dispatcher License (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in flight dispatching or aviation operations
- Deep knowledge of meteorology, navigation, and aviation regulations (CAAP, ICAO)
- Proficiency in flight planning software and operational communication systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High tolerance for fast-paced environments and operational changes
- Aviation degree or relevant industry certification preferred
