As a Licensed Guidance Counselor, you will take the lead in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive guidance and counseling programs that align with national education standards and best practices. You will work collaboratively with faculty, administration, and families to provide integrated support services that address the academic, career, personal, and social needs of every student.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a comprehensive guidance and counseling program tailored to the needs of college students.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions focusing on academic, career, personal, and social development.
- Administer, score, and interpret psychometric and psychological assessment tools to support student placement and intervention.
- Facilitate psychoeducational seminars, workshops, and homeroom activities on mental health, study skills, and career planning.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to identify and support students with academic difficulties or at-risk behaviors.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide referrals to external mental health professionals when necessary.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and secure records of all counseling cases, adhering to data privacy laws.
- Monitor student progress and conduct follow-up sessions to ensure continuous support and development.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must be a Licensed Guidance Counselor (LGC) by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a school or academic counseling setting is preferred, but fresh LGC graduates with strong internship backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse student populations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and student information systems.
- High level of integrity, empathy, and commitment to ethical counseling practices.
- Willing to work onsite at the AMACC Legaspi campus in Legazpi City, Albay.
