Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) for architectural projects
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Mechanical Code (PMC) and international standards
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors during construction phase
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions
- Manage project timelines and budgets related to mechanical installations
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in sustainable building systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Valid PRC license as Professional Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum 3 years' experience in design/build projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other engineering software
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience with project management and budget control
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
