Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed needs analysis and financial assessments for prospective clients.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring full understanding of terms and conditions.
- Verify and process all required documentation and KYC checks accurately.
- Communicate loan decisions and terms clearly and professionally.
- Manage client records and maintain up-to-date CRM systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking, finance, or the licensed money lending sector.
- Valid Singaporean ID/Pass (Foreigners with valid work permits may be considered).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
