Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calling and digital channels
- Present and explain property/casualty insurance products with clear value propositions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with underwriting team to customize solutions for complex client needs
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Valid sales license (Philippine Insurance Commission)
- Minimum 2 years experience in outbound sales or call center environment
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- High school diploma; college degree in business or related field preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
