Tanggung Jawab
- Lead structural design and analysis for commercial, residential, and industrial projects
- Prepare and stamp structural drawings ensuring compliance with Indonesian SNI codes and international standards
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors during design and construction phases
- Conduct site investigations and provide technical guidance for construction implementation
- Perform structural load calculations, material selection, and seismic analysis
- Manage project documentation and quality control processes
- mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
- Valid Indonesian Structural Engineer license (SIPKA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design for mid-rise buildings
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit Structure
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI 1727, SNI 2847)
- Experience with seismic design and soil-structure interaction analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and project management capabilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
