We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Life Sciences Research Associate to join our Singapore team. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic characterization of mosquito bionomics to inform population control strategies.
- Manage and monitor large-scale insectary mass rearing projects, ensuring optimal health and performance metrics.
- Design and execute laboratory experiments to test variables affecting insect growth and behavior.
- Analyze experimental data to identify trends, improve rearing protocols, and drive process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and biologists to integrate technology into biological workflows.
- Maintain detailed documentation of laboratory procedures, observations, and research outcomes in compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing research findings for key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Entomology, Zoology, or a related Life Sciences field.
- Proven experience working in a laboratory or research environment, preferably with insect colonies.
- Strong understanding of biological research methodologies and statistical analysis tools.
- Proficiency in data collection and management software; experience with SQL or Python is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with high attention to detail and consistency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex biological findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative team environment.
