Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for user journeys? PropertyGuru Group, Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, is looking for a strategic and creative Lifecycle Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur.
In this role, you will be the architect of our customer engagement ecosystem. You will design, execute, and optimize end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies that drive user retention, increase lifetime value (LTV), and foster deep engagement across our digital platforms. You will work closely with product, data science, and content teams to deliver hyper-personalized experiences that resonate with our users at every touchpoint.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and reactivation across web and mobile platforms.
- Design and manage automated multi-channel communication workflows (Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, SMS).
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify churn risks and growth opportunities within the user journey.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for messaging, creative assets, and delivery timing to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to implement behavioral triggers and personalized user segments.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Churn Rate, DAU/MAU, and CLV to senior management.
- Create and curate high-impact marketing content that aligns with PropertyGuru’s brand voice and user needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or growth marketing.
- Proven expertise in utilizing marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker).
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
- Deep understanding of mobile-first marketing tactics and user experience principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
