As a Lifeguard, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests visiting our facilities. Your primary responsibilities include continuously monitoring pool and beach areas, enforcing safety regulations with tact and professionalism, proactively preventing accidents, and responding swiftly and effectively to any emergencies that may arise. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high safety standards while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Tanggung Jawab
- Vigilantly monitor designated swimming areas, pools, and beach zones to ensure guest safety.
- Enforce all safety regulations, pool rules, and beach protocols in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform rescues and administer First Aid, CPR, and AED in emergency situations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of water conditions, equipment, and facilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and assisting with directions.
- Supervise recreational activities and assist in the organization of water sports programs.
- Maintain accurate incident reports, daily logs, and shift documentation.
- Participate actively in ongoing training drills and safety briefings.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Lifeguard certification (e.g., NROC, SLSS Bronze Medallion, or internationally recognized equivalent).
- Current certification in First Aid and CPR/AED.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lifeguard in a pool, beach, or water park setting.
- Strong swimming proficiency and excellent physical fitness (passing a pre-employment swim test is mandatory).
- Exceptional observational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisive actions in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
