Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain constant surveillance of the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure patron safety.
- Perform water rescues and administer emergency first aid or CPR when required.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and orderly environment for all users.
- Conduct regular water quality tests and maintain pool cleanliness logs.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Report any facility hazards or equipment malfunctions to the management immediately.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for swimming lessons or community events.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Bronze Medallion certification or equivalent Lifesaving qualification.
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Previous experience as a Lifeguard or in a similar aquatic safety role is preferred.
- Strong swimming proficiency and physical stamina to perform rescue duties.
- Excellent observation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with the public.
- Ability to commit to a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays as required.
