Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections on lift and escalator systems.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults to minimize system downtime.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local safety regulations and company protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and execute effective troubleshooting.
- Document all maintenance records, repairs, and inspection reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the installation team for new system setups and retrofits.
- Conduct regular safety checks to ensure passenger safety and system efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Valid Lifting Apparatus Licence (LAL) or relevant Lift & Escalator certification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the M&E sector.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, hydraulic systems, and control panels.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
