Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections of elevators and escalators to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in vertical transport systems.
- Conduct emergency repairs and respond to breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, building codes, and company regulations during all operations.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements accurately in service reports.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to test newly installed elevators and escalators.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with building managers and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Vocational School (SMK) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Elevator/Lift Technician or similar role in the engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to read technical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces or at heights.
- Valid driver's license (SIM A or C) is highly preferred for travel between sites.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
