As a Lift Service Technician, you will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators and lifts. Working closely with our Senior Engineers, you will ensure that every project is completed smoothly and meets the highest safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections on various lift and elevator models.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using specialized diagnostic tools and blueprints.
- Perform emergency repairs and respond to service call-outs promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with Site Engineers to execute complex system upgrades and overhauls.
- Replace worn or defective components, including motors, cables, and control panels.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with local safety regulations and BCA standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service reports, parts inventory, and maintenance logs.
- Provide technical support and clear communication to clients regarding equipment status.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Prior experience in lift maintenance, elevator repair, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to strict operational protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Physical fitness and comfort working at heights or in confined spaces.
