Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily, annual, and 5-year comprehensive lift inspections and testing procedures
- Check and certify parts replaced by lift maintenance companies to ensure quality standards
- Perform thorough load testing and safety verification of vertical transportation systems
- Document inspection results, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate records
- Identify potential safety hazards, mechanical issues, and non-compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with lift companies, building management, and regulatory authorities
- Stay updated with industry standards, safety regulations, and technological advancements
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations for lift maintenance and improvement
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Lift Inspection and Testing from recognized technical institution
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in lift maintenance, inspection, or related field
- Strong knowledge of lift mechanics, electrical systems, and safety standards
- Familiarity with Singapore's lift safety regulations and requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection assignments
- Strong communication skills for reporting findings and interacting with stakeholders
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship required
