Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and drafting plans for concrete construction projects.
- Assist in the preparation of Project Estimates (RAB) and material take-offs (MTO).
- Conduct technical presentations to potential clients and business partners.
- Build and maintain a strong network of customer relationships.
- Visit construction sites to assess technical requirements and provide on-site support.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to close deals and finalize projects.
- Analyze project specifications to recommend optimal concrete solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 (Associate Degree) in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
- Hold a valid Driver’s License (SIM A or SIM C).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in creating technical estimates, cost calculations, and drafting (RAB).
- Strong technical drawing and drafting capabilities.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in the concrete or construction industry is a strong advantage.
