We are looking for a dedicated Light Equipment Operator to join the Municipal Government of Balabagan in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). Tanggung Jawab
- Operate light equipment such as bulldozers, graders, and rollers according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
- Assist in the construction and maintenance of roads, drainage systems, and municipal infrastructure.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, traffic regulations, and government engineering standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the equipment cabin and immediate surroundings.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and engineering teams to execute project timelines effectively.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately to the site foreman.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Heavy Equipment Operation or Automotive Technology.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience operating heavy machinery.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (Class A or equivalent) specifically for heavy equipment.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with Civil Service Commission (CSC) rules and government regulations is an advantage.
- Willingness to be assigned in Balabagan, Lanao del Sur.
