Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute daily menu production, ensuring all items are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Perform high-quality food preparation tasks, including chopping, seasoning, and marinating ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely ticket completion and smooth kitchen flow.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing food stock to reduce waste and optimize costs.
  • Follow strict health and safety protocols, including proper food storage and temperature control.
  • Assist in the final plating of dishes to ensure aesthetic standards meet the restaurant's quality requirements.
  • Support the team during peak hours, remaining calm and focused under pressure.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or relevant role in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong understanding of professional cooking techniques and knife skills.
  • Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
