Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily menu production, ensuring all items are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Perform high-quality food preparation tasks, including chopping, seasoning, and marinating ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely ticket completion and smooth kitchen flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing food stock to reduce waste and optimize costs.
- Follow strict health and safety protocols, including proper food storage and temperature control.
- Assist in the final plating of dishes to ensure aesthetic standards meet the restaurant's quality requirements.
- Support the team during peak hours, remaining calm and focused under pressure.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or relevant role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong understanding of professional cooking techniques and knife skills.
- Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
