Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, season, and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and restock station supplies during shifts to ensure seamless service.
- Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens) safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to the service staff.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, performing visual checks on all outgoing plates.
- Assist in daily kitchen prep work and deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled by the Head Chef.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP or local equivalent knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy kitchen items.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school certification is an advantage.
