Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
  • Ensure proper food storage, rotation, and inventory management to minimize waste.
  • Execute high-volume food production during peak hours while maintaining quality consistency.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth kitchen operations.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and components for daily service.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar back-of-house culinary role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High attention to detail regarding food presentation and portion control.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Relevant culinary certification or vocational training is a plus.
