Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and execute menu items to exact specifications and presentation standards.
- Set up, stock, and organize the designated kitchen workstation before and during service.
- Ensure all ingredients are properly prepped, portioned, and stored according to food safety protocols.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor or Head Chef.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and timely order delivery.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 to 2 years of professional cooking experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel kitchen.
- Strong understanding of professional cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
