Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Execute high-volume food production on the line with speed and precision.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO) and minimizing food waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift, adhering to HAACP guidelines.
- Assist in opening and closing kitchen duties, including deep cleaning and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Report any equipment issues or supply shortages to the Head Chef immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Line Cook, Commis Chef, or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen health and safety protocols and food handling standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Excellent knife skills and understanding of various cooking techniques.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a high-demand, collaborative team setting.
- High school diploma or vocational training in Culinary Arts is preferred.
