Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and established culinary guidelines.
- Ensure all food items are prepared, garnished, and presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management to minimize waste.
- Collaborate effectively with the culinary team to ensure timely service and efficient kitchen operations.
- Follow strict portion control measures to ensure cost efficiency and consistency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any equipment issues immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience working as a Line Cook or similar position.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical stamina required to stand for long periods and lift heavy kitchen equipment.
- Culinary degree or certificate is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
