- Prepare and execute menu items according to Prada Group's culinary standards and specifications
- Manage kitchen line operations during service hours, ensuring efficient workflow and timely food delivery
- Strictly adhere to food safety protocols, hygiene regulations, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain inventory levels and restock supplies
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain clean workstations throughout shifts
- Assist in recipe testing and menu implementation for new seasonal offerings
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional line cooking experience in high-end hospitality or luxury retail environments
- Proven expertise in various cooking techniques including sautéing, grilling, and preparation methods
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., WSQ Food Safety)
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen settings
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, portion control, and waste reduction
