- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and culinary standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Ensure all food items are prepared, cooked, and plated to the highest quality.
- Assist with the preparation of ingredients and mise en place before service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a pleasing personality and a positive attitude towards work.
- Must hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Kitchen Helper is highly preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and knife skills.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
