Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute daily food preparation tasks including chopping, portioning, and preparing sauces for authentic Italian recipes.
  • Operate various kitchen equipment such as stoves, grills, ovens, and fryers with precision and safety.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment during peak service hours.
  • Monitor food inventory and report ingredient shortages or quality issues to the Head Chef immediately.
  • Assist in recipe development and menu preparation as requested by the culinary leadership team.
  • Ensure that all dishes are plated according to the restaurant's visual standards and quality guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook, preferably in an Italian or Mediterranean kitchen.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proper knife skills and diverse cooking techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performance team.
  • Professional culinary training or an equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
