Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook authentic ASEAN dishes according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- Manage ingredient preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations and kitchen equipment
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely preparation during peak service hours
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of kitchen supplies
- Adjust seasoning and cooking methods to maintain consistency and authenticity
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Line Cook with proven ASEAN cuisine expertise
- Deep knowledge of traditional and modern ASEAN cooking techniques
- Strong understanding of flavor profiles, spice combinations, and regional variations
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments while maintaining quality
- Relevant culinary certification or formal training preferred
- Excellent knife skills and mastery of cooking equipment
- Basic knowledge of kitchen inventory and cost control practices
