Iplanner Global is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Line Haul Driver to join our logistics team. As a key player in our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods between our distribution hubs and designated delivery points. We pride ourselves on operational excellence and are looking for a professional driver who prioritizes safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
In this full-time role, you will operate commercial vehicles to transport cargo across assigned routes within the Klang Valley and Port Klang area. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive their orders on schedule. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in safe operating condition and properly maintained.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper weight distribution and using appropriate tie-downs to prevent shifting.
- Adhere to all assigned delivery routes and schedules to guarantee on-time arrivals at destinations.
- Prepare and verify all necessary delivery documentation, including bills of lading, receipts, and delivery notes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status, delays, or any issues encountered during transit.
- Comply strictly with local traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies regarding driving practices.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class D or Class P Malaysian driving license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a professional Line Haul Driver or in a similar logistics role.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or history of accidents.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items and performing manual tasks during loading and unloading.
- Familiarity with road networks in Klang, Port Klang, and surrounding industrial areas.
- Basic computer literacy for logging daily trip details and mileage.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
