Shopee is seeking a highly organized and efficient Line Haul Operations Specialist to join our dynamic SPX Express team in Singapore. As a leader in the e-commerce logistics sector, Shopee is committed to delivering seamless shopping experiences, and our Operations teams play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and speed of the supply chain.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end operational process of line haul transportation. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods between logistics hubs, managing transportation schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize routes, reduce transit times, and maintain high safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily line haul transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipment progress using logistics software and ERP systems to identify and resolve potential delays.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies regarding transport operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including delivery notes and manifests.
- Handle emergency situations or route deviations with immediate and effective solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in line haul operations, transport management, or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including freight forwarding and last-mile logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable) and a clean driving record.
