In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a production line, ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met with excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily activities on the production line to ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Monitor production workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all finished products meet company specifications.
- Lead and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits of the production floor to ensure safety compliance and housekeeping (5S) standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to report and resolve technical issues with production equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output logs and raw material usage reports.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to enhance operational productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; technical background is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably as a Line Leader or Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of operators.
- Analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reading production documents, schematics, or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by production schedules.
