Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily production output and ensure targets are met within strict deadlines.
- Guide and mentor operators on SMT equipment operation, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to minimize defects and ensure high output standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors to resolve operational bottlenecks and streamline workflow processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company quality standards at all times.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost overall production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production line environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an SMT or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a factory setting.
- Strong understanding of SMT processes, equipment, and IPC standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production demands.
- Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
