Matex Planetary Drive International is currently seeking a dedicated Line Process Technician to provide critical support within our Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) department at our Calamba City facility.

You will be responsible for monitoring production lines, ensuring strict adherence to quality protocols, and identifying process improvements to minimize defects. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inline quality checks to ensure compliance with production specifications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing processes to minimize downtime and defects.
- Document daily production data and quality inspection reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the QA/QC team to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
- Ensure all safety protocols and equipment handling procedures are strictly followed.
- Perform calibration and maintenance of basic inspection tools used on the production line.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing activities.
- Assist in the training of new production line personnel on quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production line environment.
- Background in QA/QC processes, preferably within the automotive or mechanical engineering sectors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production manuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using basic precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Good communication skills in both Filipino and English.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules in Calamba City, Laguna.
- High School Diploma or Vocational Training in Industrial Technology/Engineering.
