AboitizPower is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Line Uprating Project Staff to join our team in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. As part of our commitment to delivering reliable and sustainable energy solutions across the Philippines, this role is pivotal in supporting the upgrade and enhancement of our existing overhead power line infrastructure.
You will play a key role in increasing the capacity and efficiency of our power transmission networks, contributing to uninterrupted electricity supply for communities in Negros Oriental and beyond. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and execution of line uprating projects, conducting field surveys and assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.
Working alongside experienced engineers and project stakeholders, you will be involved in preparing technical documents, monitoring construction activities, and troubleshooting complex engineering challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of overhead power line uprating projects
- Conduct field surveys and technical assessments of existing transmission lines
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Monitor construction and installation activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and contractors
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during project implementation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Relevant experience in power transmission, distribution, or related engineering projects is an advantage
- Proficiency in engineering software and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work in field environments and travel to project sites
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations
