Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior linemen in the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground power lines
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and climbing poles safely and efficiently
- Inspect tools, equipment, and materials to ensure they are in good working condition
- Follow safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a hazard-free workplace
- Learn to read and interpret work orders, maps, and technical diagrams
- Participate in on-the-job training and safety drills to build technical competencies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of worksites and company vehicles
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent; vocational or technical education in electrical or related field is an advantage
- No prior experience required; willingness to undergo rigorous training
- Physically fit and able to work at heights, in various weather conditions, and lift heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino
- Willing to be assigned in Panabo City, Davao del Norte
