Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical power lines, transformers, and related equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, outages, and emergencies using diagnostic tools and specialized equipment
- Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other line construction machinery safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and local electrical safety regulations when working with high-voltage systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute new line installations and system upgrades
- Prepare detailed work reports, incident documentation, and maintenance records
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification in electrical technology preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Lineman or in electrical utility construction
- Valid Lineman certification and electrical work license issued by Philippine regulatory bodies
- Proven ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and adverse weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and industry standards
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including climbing poles and lifting heavy equipment
- Proficiency with specialized tools: hot sticks, voltage testers, cable pullers, and hydraulic systems
