Tanggung Jawab
- Construct, install, and maintain overhead telecommunications and power line systems safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on lines to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Operate specialized tools and equipment, including bucket trucks and safety rigging, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to execute field assignments accurately.
- Collaborate with ground crews and team leads to complete projects within designated timeframes and quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to all occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and company safety protocols.
- Document work progress, material usage, and incident reports as required by project supervisors.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational or technical certification in Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous hands-on experience as a Lineman or in a similar field-based electrical/telecom role.
- Strong understanding of line construction, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
- Must be comfortable working at significant heights and in various weather conditions.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a professional team.
- Strong physical stamina and a clean safety record.
