Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and optimize Linux server environments to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Perform regular system patching, updates, and configuration management.
- Oversee the VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter infrastructure to ensure seamless virtual machine deployment.
- Proactively monitor system health, diagnose bottlenecks, and resolve performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and system hardening.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support for infrastructure-related incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Unix/Linux system administration (RedHat, CentOS, or Ubuntu).
- Proven 3+ years of technical proficiency with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter management.
- Strong understanding of scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Perl) for automation tasks.
- Solid experience with storage management, networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and security protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., RHCE, VCP) will be considered a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a contract-based framework.
